The site is located in the Hikawa Plain, which has a great view that stretches all the way to the distant mountain ranges, and the demand was for a single-story home equipped with the latest AI equipment.
All the rooms face south, with a large opening around the living/dining/kitchen area, and are connected by a flow line that allows for easy movement around the housework.
What is distinctive about the home is that it packages the latest high-performance equipment and AI technology with natural materials.
By not focusing too much on performance, but instead combining comfort that can be felt with the five senses, such as natural materials, wind, and scenery, the home achieves a well-balanced level of comfort.
